Welcome to The Perfect Pettaway Pad. This 2nd floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath Apt in a remodeled 4-Plex is located in the eclectic neighborhood of Pettaway in Little Rock. Perfect for business travelers or a couple looking to get away for the weekend, The Meadows is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Little Rock. With a luxurious king size bed, full size kitchen, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of bath and kitchen amenities, you will have everything you need for a great stay.

The WiFi is fast and reliable for those visiting for work, and the private entrance has a digital lock to enter for easy self-check in. We are walking distance from many local hang-outs and attractions.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the apartment via a smart keypad lock at the exterior door and another smart keypad lock at the interior door to this unit. Guest will have their own unique code to enter both doors. Parking is on the street in front of the house and only a step or two away from the exterior stairs leading to the entrance.

Other Details:
This unit is on the second floor. YOU MUST CLIMB 2 and a half flights of stairs to enter.

Additional rules: We have a book on the coffee table with instructions on operating the TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and things to do around town.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
