The entire property, both front and back yards, as well as the entire driveway on the right side of the house are yours to enjoy. The detached garage is a separate rental space.
The garage and the driveway on the left side of the house are for those renting the 2 separate short term rentals in the garage. If you would like to rent the house and the 2 garage spaces, contact me and I will let you know if they are all available.
There is a 6-foot fence that separates the main house and back deck from the garage apartments. You will have full privacy while renting the main house.
