Meet your hosts

My name is Laura Cabrera. My partner, Kate Turpin, and I are your hosts here at Rock Springs BNB. We both live and work in Little Rock, where we enjoy hiking, biking, Cross Fitting, hanging out with friends, and coaching rugby.

In the summers, Laura coaches an elite women’s rugby team made up of high-level athletes from around the United States.  Each summer begins with a new group of strangers and ends with a close-knit team of women, working together towards a common goal. “I love watching the athletes grow and form the bonds that will last a lifetime. Winning is just the by-product.” 

Kate enjoys coaching a year-round women’s rugby team in Little Rock, AR. That means she coaches both the traditional style of rugby (15 a-side) as well as 7’s style rugby. During the competitive season Kate is coaching 2 nights per week.
